Located on the southern edge of town, approximately 3 km south on the New England Highway, is this grazing paddock with frontage to the Tenterfield Creek at the mouth of the Tenterfield water supply dam.
The paddock is a blank canvas, fenced with a dam and gullies running through the block. Numerous building sites would be available, has a good super history and would carry approximately 16-20 breeders, depending on the seasons.
The block is 25.8 hectares - 63.75 acres.
